Exercise 1: 100 Dreams

Are you a list person? If so, the 100 Dreams exercise may propel your passions forward. This exercise is intended to inspire you when you’re not confident in where you should go next. 

The idea behind this exercise is that we are all unique individuals with passions, interests, goals, and dreams. You’re going to list 100 things that you have always wanted to do, want to have, wanted to be, or wanted to achieve. With a list of 100 dreams, there’s room for every type of goal, so make sure to include big goals and small goals.

This activity will enable you to truly reflect on what ignites that flame inside of you. Your dreams don’t need to only be career-focused but ideally, the exercise will help you feel more grounded in making choices that allow you to achieve your dreams.
