What We Look For In Our Coaches

  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years in a corporate leadership or coaching role.
  • Coaching Training Certification Preferred: A recognized credential in professional coaching (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
  • In-depth Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of current trends and practices in executive, career, and leadership coaching.
  • Empathy & Compassion: The ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and build trust-based relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and provide feedback.
  • Adaptability: The flexibility to navigate different situations and adjust coaching approaches accordingly.
